Learn T'ai-Chi and Qigong
One-to-One Sessions

T'ai-Chi Ch'uan (Ultimate Supreme Form of Boxing) is the art of good living. Chinese Medical Qigong offers simple exercises that strengthen core stability, calms the mind and keeps us in balance. The regular practice of both forms brings many health benefits; maintains bone density, strengthen and flexes the body and most of all teaches us how to skillfully negotiate the turbulent waters of life.

Many people wishing to learn T'ai-Ch and Qigong are unable to attend classes regularly. Now you can learn with Sue at a time and place to suit you. To learn more contact here or call 07962 798 779 to discuss availability, syllabus and fees.

Sue Weston
T’ai-Chi came into my life in 1986 after an injury prevented me from continuing my dancing career. My first T’ai-Chi teacher was Dr John Kells of The British Association of T’ai-Chi Ch’uan. In 1990 I started The Isleworth School of T’ai-Chi Ch’uan in West London which I handed over to my two senior students Chris Pippard and Linda Tillman on moving to the Monmouth area in 2007. (For details of the regular classes in Iselworth go to The Isleworth School of T’ai-Chi Ch’uan). My early career was in dance working in theatre, TV and film as a performer, choreographer and director in the UK and internationally. I have worked with many different groups using T’ai-Chi Ch’uan, theatre, dance and other skills here in the UK and abroad, most recently with tsunami and war affected communities in Sri Lanka where I was awarded an honorary doctorate for my contribution over the past 12 years towards humanitarian projects. In 1999/2000 I took a year off to be in retreat on Holy Island to help deepen my meditation practice. . In 1999/2000 I took a year off to help deepen my meditation practice to be in retreat on Holy Isle, where each year I lead a Qigong & Meditation Retreat Week.
