Sue guides beginners and more experienced practitioners through some simple yet profound relaxation and meditation practices. We meet most Tuesdays, the new course starts on 9 September.

Learning relaxation and meditation has many benefits including reducing stress, worry and insomnia. These techniques also help promote balanced health and a calmer outlook on life. Sue has been meditating for many years and in 1999-2000 she spent a year in retreat on Holy Isle, Scotland,to help deepen her meditation practice. She holds a week's retreat of Qigong & Meditation in August on Holy Isle.

Tuesday evenings, 7 pm - 8.30 pm. £45, or £5 per session
