At Mill House Farm we are offering a residential course Keeping Calm – Managing Pressure, specifically designed for those who are suffering as a result of work-related stress. We recognise the difficulties of those suffering from this debilitating condition. With this in mind Sue and CiCi have devised a residential course that will empower individuals with the knowledge that they need, both of the condition and of themselves.
