T’ai-Chi’uan is a moving meditation that helps to calm the mind, relax the body and awaken an awareness that is helpful in everyday living. Its practice helps the practitioner to be awake and attentive to living life in the present, to let go of worry and fears and develop physical strength.

'The week of Qigong and meditation on Holy Isle was a marvellous antidote to the stresses and strains of 21st century living. It provided a wonderful mixture of spiritual uplift, exercise and relaxation, all in an atmosphere of great companionship.'
